Details

These are the details you will need to connect to the HAK.5 IRC server and join our channel:

irc.hak5.org #hakhouse in your IRC client of choice. Ports 6660-6669, and 1337 work perfectly.
Webchat with Mibbit
SSL IRC connecting to irc.hak5.org:8067 will only work some of the time because this will forward you to a random Zone-9.net server, not all of which support SSL. To work around this connect directly to irc4.zone-9.net:8067 which does support it .
SSL IRC connect using ChatZilla ircs://irc4.zone-9.net:8067/hakhouse
SSL IRC connect using Irssi and join #hakhouse automatically on startup by entering the following commands individually: /NETWORK ADD Zone-9 | /SERVER ADD -auto -network Zone-9 -ssl irc4.zone-9.net 8067 | /CHANNEL ADD -auto #hakhouse Zone-9
