Jenn Cutter
From Hak5
HAK.5 Special Guest -Episode 1x04/1x09
Jenn works for a Canadian Bank. This is about all she will say about her job to avoid breaking any of the NDAs she signed. Jenn loves working on OpenAlpha.tv and teaching kids to play hockey, both for the City of Toronto and through private instruction. She also contributes on-air segments for Call For Help with Leo Laporte. She’s been helping other people with their computer problems ever since grade 5 when she helped administer/troubleshoot the Unix system at St. Matthew’s Elementary School (and more recently when she was, and still is, the unofficial tech support girl for Second City Toronto performers). Her love for all this stuff started with Intellivision (Astrosmash!) and her Dad’s 086 with Elftree. Gaming is her first love, but she thinks hardware, software, and general technology news are also pretty darn swell. At 24, Jenn has led a rich full life playing ice and field hockey internationally, performing — musically, comedically, and melodramatically — in Toronto and the Maritimes, and has spend far too much time with her GameBoy/Colour/SP/DS/Lite/PSP as a result of traveling to the above. Jenn is extremely pedantic about the spelling of her name (that’s Jenn with two N’s, thankyouverymuch) and has enjoyed writing this bio in the third person.
