Step 1

Get your hands on a SanDisk U3 USB Flash Drive

Setp 2

The way it is able to autorun is that it has a 6Mb CD drive emulator in firmware. So this emulator uses a CD iso image that is 6Mb in size (or smaller I have found). So now we need to replace the Iso with one of our own. This is done with a modded version of the SanDisk update utility called "LPInstaller.exe". Normally this exe goes to the san disk web site to get the latest iso image to do updates on your usb drive. It will now also install a new iso from the local directory if the iso is called "cruzer-autorun.iso". You can also run the LPinstaller without a local iso and put your usb drive back to defaults.

This is what you do next: Copy the contents of the step2.zip file to a (any) directory. It contains two files: LPInstaller.exe (the modded one) and cruzer-autorun.iso (switchblade replacement)

Then you insert your USB drive (SanDisk) and run LPinstaller. It will replace the iso on your USB drive.
