Skulltag Setup

Note: Skulltag is not available on the noob network at the present time. The Hak5 Skulltag server is undergoing a hardware change. Current ETA when it'll be up again is (when guys?). The instructions below will be useful when it is up and running. Thanks for your patience.

Unzip Skulltag, copy over your doom2.wad. Run skulltag.exe. Setup all your options. Remember to set your player options like name and skin under Multiplayer > Player Setup.

Then quit out of all menus, hit ~ to pull down the console, and type “connect noob.hak5.org”

The Hak.5 Doom2 server is not listed on the global directory, you must connect to it manually at noob.hak5.org

FAQ

Q: When you try to connect and it just says "Connecting to <IP>:10666" over and over, what's wrong? Is it that you haven't opened a hole in your firewall and/or forwarded the port? Please advise.

A: The Hak5 Skulltag server is down. See note above.
