The Amish Game

The Amish Game is a game created in the hak5 irc channel. It is thus named because Amish was the first starting point of the game.

The rules are simple. Choose someone in the irc and use his or her nick as the starting point (eg. Amish). Decide who plays and what the order is (eg. dJOEk = 1, TomB = 2, SubHuman = 3, moonlit = 4)

Players take turns in order adding a letter to the word Amish. Capitalize the letter you add. The resulting word must be 'pronounceable'. The other players decide if the word is actually pronounceable to them. If at least 25% of the players think the word cannot be pronounced, the player skips his turn.

Consonants added are worth 1 point, vowels (a e i o u) added are -1 point. Adding a Y is 0 points, but you cannot add more y's than half of the other vowels (ie. 5 vowels -> max 2 y's coz 3 > 50% of 5 )

after this game, the score would be 2 for djoek, 0 for TomB, -1 for subhuman and 0 for moonlit
