1. Uno is an irc channel on irc.hak5.org that allows players to play the game of Uno against each other.

Join the following server and channel to start playing!

• #uno
• #Uno at Hak5IRC

[edit] Join/Start the Game!

Once in the channel, if there isn't a game already started, you may type "!uno" to start a new game. If there's already a game, and you wish to join that game, you may type "join" to begin playing on the next round.

[edit] Commands

• pl [color][number] | [label] - This command allows you to play a card in your hand. Note the card abbreviations section to make sure you get the syntax right on the card you're playing! Ex: pl b6 ; pl wdf ; pl bdt

• dr - This command allows you to draw a card. A player may draw a card at any time, but MUST draw a card before passing their turn. Ex: dr

• pa - This command allows you to pass your turn. A player must pass their turn only if they do not currently hold a card that matches the card in play, and the draw command does not yield a matching card to the card in play. Ex: pa

• co [color(word)] - This command allows you to choose a color for the next card in play for the next user. This command may only be used after a player uses a Wild Draw Four or Wild card. Ex: co blue ; co yellow

• cd - Displays the current card in play.

• ct - Displays how many cards each user has, ordered by each player's turn.

• od - Displays the order of the players' turns in the game.

• wdf - Wild Draw Four - The person playing this card names a color to set the active card to. The next player draws four cards, and their turn is skipped.

• w - Wild - The person playing this card names a color. The next card that is played must match that card, unless another Wild is played.

• __dt - (color) Draw Two - The next player draws two cards and loses their turn.

• __s - (color) Skip - The next player must skip their turn.

• __r - (color) Reverse - The order of play is reversed. If there are two players, the other player is skipped.

• (color)(number) - Color Number, ex. Green 0 - These are the main cards in the game. They come in colors blue, red, yellow, and green, and from numbers 0 through 9.
