[edit] Bio
The first time I ever used a computer was when I was around 4 years old. My Mom used to take us over to a friend of her's house who babysat us, and the woman's husband owned a computer. He was also a huge flight simulator affectionado and pretty soon he was letting me fly some of the planes. After that, I got the typical Oregon Trail experience on Apple IIe's which later led to me owning a Commodore 64 and a Mac Plus.
I grew up with an interest in taking computers apart and putting them back together, and still do it today. I've put about 6 years in with the United States Navy and have performed work related to cryptology, electrical engineering, and now network security. In my non-geeky time I enjoy relaxing on the beach, grilling out, and attempting to spend time hanging out with my friends.
You can also find me hanging with the Hak5 crew at their house in Williamsburg, and occasionally even appearing on their show. I have been on every live show (Other than the ones earlier this year) with them so far, I first met them up at Shmoocon this year and they're definitely some of the better people I have had the opportunity to get to know.
