Matir (pronounced Muh-tier) is a Hak.5 fan from Atlanta, GA. He originally found Hak.5 when looking for a replacement for the defunct The Broken from Revision 3. He has been watching since shortly after the release of the first episode. He can always be found on Hak.5 IRC, and has a permanent "date" on the 5th of each month.
He is also a moderator on the Linux help site LinuxQuestions and an avid promoter of Linux and other Open Source Software.
